What’s included

Phase 1 of the project includes the following:

  • €8.5m – Main Contractor & PSCS

  • €3.1m – Pitch Works

  • €1.4m – Floodlighting

  • €850k – Spectator Stand

Breakdown

  • 4 full-size, floodlit GAA pitches (grass & synthetic)

  • Renovated & extended clubhouse with changing rooms, offices, and meeting spaces

  • New indoor training facility, spectator stand for 500, and fitness areas

  • Walking/jogging trail, outdoor gym, speed training zones

  • PV panels, green roofs, and sustainable drainage.

When Will Works Begin?

  • Work is expected to begin Q1/2 of 2026 (March/April).

What’s Next?

Tyrrelstown GAA

Completion of phase 1 will allow for the next development stage, which would eventually see the completion of Tyrrelstown Gaa new grounds.
